Allow public wifi login pages but nothing more

Hi. I use pluckeye to block basically all browsing. I limit my internet use to email that I access in the Thunderbird email client.

I am planning to do a considerable amount of traveling in the next month, and will likely wish to access my email using public wifi hotspots. Many hotspots require login through a webpage. Is there any way to always grant access to public network login pages, without changing my settings to allow more extensive browsing?

I use Ubuntu 16.10 and below are my pluckeye settings:

The best I can offer is to pre-authorize other common entry points. A quick look online suggested that in addition to 192.168.1.1, common ones are 192.168.0.1, 127.1.1.1 and 1.1.1.1.

But I hardly ever travel so I'm definitely not an expert in this area.
