Pluckeye wallet cards?

I told my priest about PluckEye and he asked me if it would be possible for me to give him some wallet cards for him to use at confession to give to people suffering from internet-based addictions. Basically, a quick and simple exposition of what PluckEye is, where to get it, and how to get started - or something to that effect. Would it be possible to have these made? I would seriously put down to buy at least a few hundred worth of them (my parish has 5 priests) to be used by our clergy.
