Lost internet access after turning on system feature

1. System: Windows 10
2. Pluckeye version: newest, 1.0.61
3. Browsers: All


Every time I turn on the system feature I lose my internet connection. I get this error on my browser: ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE
Without system feature enabled everything is OK, the images and videos doesn't show up in Chrome.

I sent a sysinspect file via the form but it says that admin reads them once a weak so maybe someone here could advice me something here faster.

Also I don't use and other blocking software and I don't have any antivirus installed. I can ping any website in the command prompt.

Did you restart your browser after enabling the system feature?

Yes, I did that and even I restarted my PC.
