How to block Chrome browser

System: Windows 10
Pluckeye version: 0.99.40
Browsers: Chrome and Pale Moon

Is there a way to block browsers (I use both Chrome and Pale Moon) from being opened? I want to essentially block internet without having to use a blackout, since that blocks internet from non-browser applications too, and I want to avoid that.

Thanks!

Hmm.

I might simply do

pluck + sometimes 0-9 block application/
pluck + sometimes 0-9 block text/

Those rules only affect browsers.

Re: How to block Chrome browser

Many thanks for the reply.

I tried both of these (on both Chrome and Pale Moon) but they don't block websites that I have added an 'allow' rule for. They also do not prevent the browsers from being opened; do you know of any other commands that would apply a blackout but only for browsers?

Thanks again.

Right; those would not be blocked.

There's also:

pluck + block program chrome.exe
