How to I prevent Pluckeye from Interfering with Turnitin?

I think Pluckeye (levels 1 and 2) is interfering with Turnitin, a University assignment submission system. When I allow any part of the site in which I access it (blackboard.ncl.ac.uk) instead of the page where I can upload my work and submit it, I instead get asked to log in to Turnitin UK - and none of my email addresses or passwords work. They should not be needed either, as you are already logged into the University's systems to access Blackboard (an area where all the work, lectures, information etc. for your modules goes up). When I factory reset pluckeye, things seemed to be fixed - so I do not know if I will have to schedule a whiteout for when I have to submit my remaining coursework etc. Anyone got ideas on preventing this? Not being able to submit work on time could be disastrous for my grades.

Of course I have tried things like 'pluck add allow turnitin.uk.com' and such.

I have some screenshots which I can email if needed.

Thank you very much.

I dug around their support site and found this.

Hey RNYC. I did not. Still the issue persists. If you want to see what I faced with, I can email you the screenshots. Or Jon could forward them to you. I have emailed them to him smile .
